Rosewalk Properties LLC is a real estate investment and property management company founded in 2012 by Mark Lehman. Together with Corinthian Group LLC and its founder Wulf Lueckerath, the firms have partnered to successfully renovate, redevelop, manage and operate residential housing and commercial space in low and middle-income markets outside of New York City, with a focus on Westchester and Dutchess County.
Lehman and Lueckerath offer a unique hands-on, relationship-focused approach that has helped build their reputation as the up-and-coming developers to work with in the region.
