With a portfolio occupancy rate of 98%, the company uses a high-touch, hands-on service and management strategy.  A dedicated superintendent and handymen live within minutes of the buildings the company manages.  The owners and superintendent closely manage the day-to-day maintenance and repairs, provide a timely contact for residents, along with regular inspections and upkeep of the building.​
