Wulf Lueckerath is a Principal of Corinthian Group, LCC, a real estate investment and property management company he founded in 2010.

Lueckerath has more than 20 years of  experience across a broad spectrum of real estate and banking sectors, including acquisitions, asset management, financing and dispositions for companies incuding Bank of America, Blackrock, Malkin Properties and Eurohypo AG.  He has a BA from Connecticut College and an MS in Real Estate from NYU.

His partnership with Rosewalk Properties LLC and its founder Mark Lehman has created a unique hands-on, relationship-focused approach to redeveloping and managing properties in the region.

Mark Lehman is a Principal of Rosewalk Properties LLC, a real estate investment and property management company founded in 2012.  Prior to founding his own firm, Lehman spent more than 20 years underwriting, structuring and originating real estate loans and managing real estate assets for major financial institutions in New York City, including M&T Bank, Bayern LB, HSH Nordbank, Arbor Realty Trust, Forest City Ratner Companies and Paine Webber.  He has a BA from Brandeis University and an MS in Real Estate from NYU.

Under Lehman's leadership, Rosewalk Properties has successfully renovated, redeveloped, managed and operated residential housing and commercial space in low and middle-income markets outside of New York City, with a focus on Westchester and Dutchess County.

His partnership with Corinthian Group LLC and its founder Wulf Lueckerath brings added experience, resources and value to every property, investment and relationship in the portfolio.
